Q: I don't have a credit card, but I would really like to order some                  products from you. Can I pay with a check?
A: Yes you have an option to pay with your personal check or money order, but         you must go to the (Mailing Order Form) section in order to do it that way.
Q: If I receive my product broken or damaged will I be able to return it?
A: Yes all items are guaranteed and we will replace it. Go to the Return Policy
     section for more information.
Q: How can I contact you with questions regarding an item?
A: You can go to the section (Contact Us) and there you will find the number to        call or you may email us regarding your item question.
Q: Will any of my information be given away?
A: No, Cynthia's Amazing Products.com will not give for any reason what's so             ever any of our customers information to any third party merchants or                       individuals.  We do know how important that is for you. That is why we respect        your privacy.
Q: Is there anyway that I can find out when you have new items available        or items on special?
A: Yes you can, by joining our mailing list. Go to the (Mailing List)          section for more information.
Q: I really don't like to order over the Internet because of my personal          information I will be giving away. If I purchase an order, can anyone      see my credit card information?
A: No, once you go into the check out section you will be in a well secured site          and have nothing to fear. Just follow the simple steps and your order will be           sent to you as soon as possible.
Q: Who views my  information?
A: Paypal & I, Paypal is a well secured site and views your credit card                information for verification in order to process your order. Once your            order has been verified, I then view your Name,Address, and Item's you       ordered in order for me to be able to send you your merchandise.
Q: Why would you need my E-Mail ?
A: Sometimes Paypal asks for your email because when  I send out your           order, I then send you a confirmation letter to your email  just letting           you know that your order has been sent off.
Q: What shipping services do you use?
A: We use the services of USPS to deliver our products to our customers.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We currently ship within the Continental U.S. (48 States) and Outside the                  Continental U.S. Canada,  Alaska, Virgin Islands, Guam, Puerto Rico, and                Hawaii.
Q: How is shipping calculated?
A: Shipping cost are calculated based upon the purchase amount of           your order shipped from our warehouse located in California.
Q: How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
Q: Can I process an order over the phone with my debit credit card?
A: Yes as long as it has a Credit Card logo on it, You may use any major Credit             Card Note: there is a $1.00 transaction fee for making payment over the phone.

A: Cynthia's Amazing Products  processes and ships orders within 1 to 2 business         days of receipt. All orders are shipped via USPS (estimated time for delivery is           7-10 business days), unless an alternate shipping method is specified. If an alternate method is chosen, delivery time will depend upon the type of shipping service you've specified and your location.
Please note that this does Not! include weekends or holidays.
Q:  How will I know my order went through?

A: After completing the checkout process successfully, you will immediately        receive a confirmation email with a receipt of your purchase.

Q: If I go to the mailing order form section and download the form to        order by mail with my personal check and I forget that I don't have          any funds will I get charged?
A: Unfortunately Yes ALL RETURNED CHECKS are subject to a service charge         of  $25.00 and may also be subject to other penalties or fees as provided by law.

Q: Do I need to have a PayPal account in order to purchase
    from your website?
A: No, If you already have an account with PayPal, just login and proceed         with the check out. If you don't have an account just Complete your              information to pay by credit card, either way you choose your                          information will be safe and secured with PayPal
Q: I see you have an income opportunity link on your site...and before I sign up I would like to know if you drop ship?
A: Yes of course we do, only for our wholesaler customers for a minimum charge.          For more information on that you would need to  become a member or go to our      (Contact us) page and on the Category choose wholesale question and send us         your question through there.

Q: What does Cynthia's Amazing Products mean by,
    "May require additional shipping and handling?"
A: This is normally found on bulky or heavy items which cost more to ship.

Q: How come I don't see you offer an option for our orders to be                  Shipped Rush?
A: Because Rates are significantly higher for rush delivery and on all shipments            outside the continental United States. Therefore, we try to avoid using rush                delivery service for our customers to minimize shipping and handling costs.
Q: But what if I would still like my order shipped rushed? Do you offer        that option for us?
A: If you would still like your order Shipped Rushed, Yes we do offer that option for       our customers but your order would have to be placed over the phone with a             major credit card, please go to the (Contact us) page for more info.
Q: Why do you charge sales tax in California?
A: Because our business is physically located in California, we are required, by law, to collect sales tax on all orders that are shipped to an address within the State of California.  If you are shipping your order to a location outside the State of California, you do not have to pay California sales tax.

A: No these Gift cards excludes - Cell phone accessories, Handbags and Perfumes Sorry for the inconvenience this may cause you.
Q: I don't understand. Why can't I use Cynthia's Amazing Products Gift Card for any purchase?
A: Because these Gift cards were only and specifically made for these kind of products and not for our Cell phone accessories, Handbags or Perfumes. Once again Sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused you.
