We make every effort to see that your orders are shipped correctly and that they reach you safely. Every order shipped from CAP is double-checked for accuracy.
To obtain Cynthia's Amazing Products authorization to return a defective item for credit or replacement, simply call our Support department within 2 days of receiving your product.
For Non-defective merchandise returns, you must receive prior authorization to return an item to CAP. Specific conditions and restrictions apply including a 35% re-stocking fee and other requirements. It must also be returned within 10 days of purchase, The product boxes and/or items that have been written on or otherwise marked will not be considered for credit or replacement.
Non-defective merchandise must meet the following conditions to qualify for return acceptance.
Merchandise must be in its original minimum inner pack quantity, as shipped by Cynthia's Amazing Products. Broken quantity inner packs are not returnable.
Sample items are not returnable.
Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner pack must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged.
Returns which do not meet the conditions described in this return policy will be returned and shipping cost of return will be charged.
It is the Buyer/Customer’s responsibility to pay for freight costs associated with returning product. All unauthorized returns will be returned to the customer at customer’s expense.
Please note: If an order is refused at the time of delivery, it will be subject to a 30% restocking fee.
ITEMS WITH GUARANTEES OR WARRANTIES
If a purchased item includes a product guarantee or warranty, follow the instructions on the guarantee or warranty for repair or replacement.
ITEMS DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT
All merchandise damaged during shipment qualifies you for a replacement. If you receive merchandise damaged during shipping, please contact our Support department within 2 days of receiving your order, and your claim will be processed immediately. NOTE: It is the buyers/Customer's responsibility to pay for freight costs associated with returning the product back to Cynthia's Amazing Products and the product/s must be in its original package as it was when it left our fucility and shipped to your door. If it is NOT in it's original package they may deny your claim.
If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason at all, and you'd rather email us then do so at the link below within 5 days of receiving your order for damaged items, returns, credit and/or refunds.

- Order # and/or Invoice #
- Item # of item/s in question
Please keep in mind this policy does NOT pertain to the
Wireless Accessories, Shoes, Handbags and Perfume nor Colognes that we sell here online... These items are Not returnable.
